  • The SciLog® MabTec® is a fully automated gravimetric cell culture maintenance system that automatically feeds, harvests, or recirculates in full disposable or hybrid bioreactor flow paths.
  • The MabTec® system has pre-programmed modes for bioreactor maintenance applications that minimize set-up times and eliminates additional bioreactor errors. 
  • The MabTec® system has a pre-programmed mode for inoculating, transfecting, and induction when used with a laboratory scale; allowing precise additions without a physical presence, which is optimal for repeated schedules or inconvenient hours.   
  • The MabTec® bioreactor maintenance system can be used to automatically feed cell cultures; which reduces operator time and the potential for error. The MabTec® can be programmed to deliver bolus feeding or continuous feeding up to 100 days. Coupled with a balance, the MabTec® can maintain a steady state bioreactor weight/volume. 
  • The MabTec® system can also maintain fresh media in the reactor, remove the desired material, or prevent the build-up of waste products, all without a scale under the bioreactor; providing a comprehensive perfusion strategy.  It offers real-time data collection and optimization tools.   
  • With Parker Domnick Hunter's 'Open Architecture' design philosophy of providing you with technology that fits your process rather than forcing you to adapt your process to available equipment; MabTec® is available with a choice of pump heads and is compatible with all bioreactors from 50 ml to 2000 l.
